Instructor Neil Carnes

Instructor Neil Carnes initially joined the Police in 1990 and served in the South West area of England since that time.  In 2000 he qualified as an Advanced Police Driver and Instructor with the Surrey Police. He is also qualified to instruct 4x4 (off road), Escort techniques and Skid Car amongst other specialties.  In 2005 Neil was seconded to Her Majesty’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office and served a year in Iraq as a Driving Instructor.

Instructor Carnes is employed by the Grapevine (TX) Police Department and is committed to making the roads of the USA a safer place.
