Thomas J. Witczak has been teaching emergency and pursuit driving for over 20 years.  He has been a trainer-of-trainers for the State of Wisconsin and serves on the Department of Justice Advisory Committee for EVOC.  Tom is also certified nationally by ALERT International.  He was one of the ALERT members selected to travel around the U.S. teaching pursuit driving.
 

Thomas Witczak wrote the original EVOC Manual for the State of Wisconsin.  More recently, he was in charge of putting together an updated manual and CD for the EVOC instructors in his state.  He has authored several articles on emergency and pursuit driving, while teaching his expertice  at ALERT, ASLET and the IACP.  Tom also serves as an expert witness to the courts in emergency and pursuit related matters.
 

In addition to emergency and pursuit driving, Tom has taught drivers education, defensive driving, dignitary security, elderly driving and ambulance & fire truck safety.
